The retreat with HeartLA Writers Group in Baton Rouge yesterday was a wonderful day. I just wish these folks could stop being so serious and learn to relax. See? We even had a "working" lunch. Cough, cough...

Mind if I brag for just a moment? The Global Knowledge Management Congress will present the Knowledge Management Leadership Award to me in June in Mumbai, India. I'm receiving it for my body of work on training, development, and knowledge management. KM sounds confusing, but it's really just recognizing that an organization's best information is in people's heads. KM is all about creating ways to share that knowledge. Yep, I'm a tad proud. Thanks for indulging me.
